The future of the ecological and environmental balance of the planet is perturbed Because of the fast increase of the atmospheric pollution and the progressive modification of the climatological characteristics. The sector of transport is the first responsible for polluting substances in the atmosphere, then the reduction of this pollution becomes important for the protection of the environment. The Algerian state begins gradually to become aware of the necessity of introducing the environmental dimension in the strategy of the development of the country through the initiation of legislative, statutory and institutional actions and a sustainable politics of transport.
The proposition of the project tram in the city of Constantine appears to be an adequate ecological solution for a better ecological balance, protecting efficiently and sustainably the quality of air and any environmental
Abstract FRE
L’avenir de l’équilibre écologique et environnemental de toute la planète se trouve perturbé suite à l’augmentation rapide de la pollution atmosphérique et la modification progressive des caractéristiques climatologiques.
La contribution du secteur des transports à cette pollution devient un phénomène de plus en plus croissant, il est considéré comme la première source d'émissions de gaz à effet de serre et de substances polluantes dans l’atmosphère.
De ce fait la réduction de cette pollution devient un des enjeux majeurs de la sauvegarde de l’environnement.
Dans ce sens, l’état algérien commence progressivement à prendre conscience de la nécessité d’introduire la dimension environnemental à la stratégie du développement du pays à travers l’initiation d’actions législatives, réglementaires et institutionnelles et d’une nouvelle politique de transports durable.
La proposition du projet tramway à la ville de Constantine paraît être une solution écologique adéquate pour un meilleur équilibre écologique, préservant efficacement et durablement la qualité de l’atmosphérique et de tout l’environnement.
