تم تكوين ثمانية و عشرين هجينا فرديا خلال عام 2008 و قيمت هذه الهجن في عام 2009 في مركز البحوث العلمية الزراعية في حمص بهدف تقدير درجة السيادة و معامل تحليل المسار لصفات الغلة الحبية (طن / هكتار)، طول و قطر العرنوس (سم)، وزن المئة حبة (غرام)، عدد الحبوب بالصف و محتوى الحبوب من النشاء و البروتين و الزيت (%) و أظهرت النتائج سيطرة السيادة الفائقة (PR > + 1) على معظم الصفات المدروسة ما عدا صفات محتوى الحبوب من النشاء و البروتين و الزيت التي أظهرت سيادة وراثية جزئية (+ 1 > PR > - 1)، و أظهرت صفة الغلة الحبية سيادة فائقة (PR > + 1).
ارتبطت الغلة الحبية ارتباطا مظهريا موجبا و معنويا مع صفات قطر العرنوس (0.592)، محتوى الحبوب من الزيت (0.337)، وزن المئة حبة (0.293) و طول العرنوس (0.222)، و بينت دراسة تحليل المسار أن صفات قطر العرنوس، محتوى الحبوب من الزيت و طول العرنوس على الترتيب هي أكثر الصفات المدروسة مساهمة في تباين الغلة الحبية.
Abstract EN
Twenty-eight hybrids were created during 2008 cropping season.
Hybrids were evaluated during 2009 cropping season for eight agronomic traits at the Agriculture Scientific Research Center.
Homs, Syria.
The present work aimed at determining the potencies ratio and path analysis for grain yield (ton / hectare), ear length (cm), ear diameter (cm), 100-kernel weight (g), number of kernel per row, starch, protein and oil content in grain (%).
The potencies ratio for most traits exceeded +1 except for starch, protein and oil content in grain; their potence ratios ranged from -1 and +1 indicated that the partial and over-dominance gene effects played major role in the inheritance of starch, protein and oil content in grain while over-dominance gene effects were the most importance in inheritance of grain yield, ear length, ear diameter, 100-kernel weight and number of kernel per row.
Results showed that grain yield correlated positively and significantly correlated with ear diameter (r = 0.592**), oil content in grain (r = 0.337**), 100-kernel weight (r = 0.293**) and ear length (r = 0.222**).
The path coefficient analysis estimates indicated that ear diameter ; oil content in grain and ear length had high positive direct effects on grain yield indicating that indirect selection for these traits could lead to direct increase in grain yield.
