أجريت الدراسة الحالية للفترة من تموز لغاية كانون الأول 2010 و كانت تهدف إلى الكشف عن وجود الجين المسيطر على إنتاج الذيفان المقيء من عزلات Bacillus cereus المعزولة من عينات مختلفة من الأغذية جمعت من السوق المحلية لمدينة الناصرية.
استخدم بادئ نوعي لتقنية تفاعل السلسلة المتضاعف. أظهرت النتائج أن 25 (41,6%) من أصل 60 عزلة كانت تحمل الجين المقيء، و أن أعلى نسبة لحمل الجين كانت بين الجراثيم المعزولة من عينات الرز المطبوخ و عينات السمك.
Abstract EN
The study was carry out from Jul.
to Dec.
2010 in aimed to detect the presence of emetic toxin gene in isolates of Bacillus cereus isolated from different types of foods from local market at Al-Nasiriya city.
Specific PCR primer was used for amplification of the genes.
The results showed that 25(41.6 %) of 60 B.
cereus isolates were carred for emetic gene.
The higher percentage was 50% found among the isolates from cooked rice and fishes.
