تم أجراء هذه الدراسة في محافظة ذي قار للفترة من كانون الثاني و لغاية أيار 2009.
جمعت عينات كيس الصفراء عشوائيا من 75 فروج لحم في حاويات معقمة.
زرعت جميع العينات على كل من وسط أكار الدم و وسط أكار الماكونكي للتحري عن النمو البكتيري.
تم التعرف على العزلات النقية باستخدام نظام ال .API 20E أوضحت هذه الدراسة أن أغلب العزلات البكتيرية المقاومة لمكونات الصفراء هي Klesiella pneumonia و التي عزلت من (45) حالة نسبة 60 %، بعدها جاءت Proteus mirabilis و التي عزلت من (20) حالة بنسبة 6 و 26 %، بينما لم يتم الحصول على أي عزلة من النماذج المتبقية (10) و التي تشكل نسبة 4 و 13 %.
Abstract EN
This study was coductcd in Thi-Qar Gove rnorate from January 2009 through March 2009.
Seventy five samples of the gallbladder were collected randomly from broiler chicks in a sterile containers.
Alt samples were cultured on blood and MacConkey agar for bacterial isolation.
The pure isolates were identified by the API 20E system.
This study revealed that the nujst common bacterial isolates which resist and survive the bile constituents was Klebsiella pneumoniae (60 %) which was isolated from (45) sampfts followed by Proteus mirabilts which isolated from 2 (1) samples (26.6 %).
Where as there was no any other isolates from the other samples (10) which represented to (13.4%).
