تضمنت الدراسة محورين، الأول قياس الاستجابة المناعية الخلطية المصلية باعتماد فحص الإنزيم المناعي الممتز و المستحثة عن التلقيح بلقاحي مرض الجمبورو التجاريين الحيين هنغاريي المنشأ (CEVAC) مختلفي الضراوة (IBD-L) الضاري و (GUMBO-L) المتوسط الضراوة لأفراخ فروج اللحم نوع روس بعمر (8) يوما، و الثاني دراسة التغيرات النسيجية المرضية المحتمل حصولها لنسيج البرصة و التوتة بسبب التلقيح.
تم اعتماد (99) فرخا بعمر يوم واحد و تقسيمها عشوائيا إلى (4) مجاميع، مجموعة سيطرة أولى مستقلة و مجموعة اللقاح الضاري و مجموعة متوسط الضراوة و مجموعة السيطرة الثانية التي قسمت لمجموعتين عند عمر (8) يوما لتخلط الأولى مع مجموعة الضاري و الثانية مع مجموعة المتوسط الضراوة بعد التلقيح لتشخيص طرح الحمة اللقاحية.
تم جمع العينات الدموية بعد (15) يوما من التلقيح و النسيجية بعد (12، 10، 7، 4) يوما من التلقيح و كانت النتائج استجابة مناعية للتلقيح بالضاري فقط مع استجابة مناعية لمجموعة سيطرة الضاري و التي عزيت لطرح الحمة اللقاحية.
لم تسجل تغيرات نسيجية مرضية و الذي عزى للمستوى المناعي الأمومي العالي و الذي تداخل الاستجابة المناعية و سلامة الأنسجة المناعية أعلاه و بحسب نوع اللقاح المستخدم.
Abstract EN
The study included two aims, first one was checking of sera antibodies titers by indirect elisa, induced by vaccination with two types (virulence) of ibd vaccines- hot (ibd-l) & the intermediate (gumbo-l) in broiler chicks-ross at 8 days old, other aim was checking of histopathologically changes that may exist due to vaccination with ibd vaccines.
Ninty nine chicks were divided into four groups (control (1), hot, intermediate & control (2) (2 subgroups to be mixed with vaccinated groups to diagnose virus shedding).
at 23 days old, blood samples were collected.
Results indicated significant immune response due to hot vaccine in compare to the intermediate one which failed to induce immunity, also sera results of subgroups were like those mixed with, may be due to shedding of vaccine virus.
Also there were no histopathology changes due to ibd vaccines.
The results were particularly attributed to the maternal derived antibodies levels which interfere with the type of vaccine used..
