Abstract AR
جمع ابن الطقطقي في كتابه الفخري في الآداب السلطانية و الدول الإسلامية، بين السياسة و الأخلاق، إذ ضم مجموعة من النصائح و القيم الأخلاقية التي تتعلق بالتدبير السياسي و التي تقدم إلى الملوك و الأمراء و الولاة، داعيا إياهم أن يكون جل اهتمامهم منصبا على الآداب السلطانية و سير الماضين و تجاربهم للإفادة من انجازاتهم و تجنب الوقوع في الأخطاء، موكدا على الحقوق و الواجبات المتبادلة بين الملك و رعيته التي يحقق تطبيقها أسسا رصينة لإدارة أمور البلاد.
Abstract EN
Collection Ibn al- Tqtqy in his book Emeritus of Arts Bowl and Islamic countries, between politics and ethics, as it included a set of tips and moral values related to the measure of political and submitted to the kings and princes, governors, urging them to be the bulk of their attention focused on the Arts, the Royal and the conduct of the past two and experiences to benefit from their achievements and avoid falling into the errors, emphasizing the reciprocal rights and duties between the king and his subjects investigated by application of solid foundation for managing the affairs of the country.
