العقاقیر المضادة للأورام لھا دور كبیر و أساسي في محاربة السرطان.
لكن ھذا لا یعني خلو هذه العقاقیر من التأثیرات الجانبیة في صحة الإنسان، احد هذه العقاقیر ھو الفنكرستین.
في هذه الدراسة تم التحقق من القابلیة الوقائیة للمستخلص الخام لنبات الجرجیر و الذي یحظى بسمعة جیدة بوصفه نباتا مضادا للسرطان و ضد التشوهات الكروموسومیة و انخفاض دالة الانقسام لخلایا نقي العظم في ذكور الفئران البیض المعاملة بجرعة 50 مایكرولیتر من الفنكرستین المحقون داخل الخلب البریتوني. بینت النتائج زیادة معنویة في دالة الانقسام مقاربة لنسبة مجموعة السیطرة و كذلك انخفاض معنوي للتشوهات الكروموسومیة بعد خمسة و ثلاثین یوما من المعاملة بجرعة 250 غم لكل كیلو غرام من وزن الجسم بالمستخلص الخام من نبات الجرجیر.
هذه النتائج تبین تأثیرا مضادا للسمیة الجینیة في خلایا نقي العظام الناتجة من المعاملة بعقار الفنكرستین.
Abstract EN
Chemotherapy drugs have a major role in fighting cancer but, that doesn’t mean they are clearfrom side effect on human health.
One of these drugs is vincristine this study, the chemopreventive potency of the crude extract ofIn Eruca Sativa Mill Which have a good reputation as antioxidant and anticancer against chromosomal aberration and suppressed mitotic index in bonemarrow cells of male albino mice treated with 50μ1 of vincristine intrapritoneally (ip) have been detected.
Results Showed a Significant increasing in the percentage of the mitotic index nearly to the control group and a significant decrease in chromosomal aberration after (35) days of treatment with 250 mg / kg crude extract of Erucasativa.
These results suggested a strong antigenotoxicity effect against vincristine damages onbonemarrow cells.
