Abstract EN

The international organizations since its establishment, development and multiplicity as a global comprehensive organization and specialized one and regional to all has the effect in changing many legal and economic to go to concepts in many activities the exereised by these organizations starting from the United Nations and other specialized and regional organizations which all work in maintaining the international peace and security and the optional cooperation among them to grow the friendly relations among different nations.

It most the most important roles to do such a messions in maintaining the peace and developing nations.

As for the above I dealed with this study in an introduction and two parts ,the first the concept of the international organizations which divided in to three divisions the first one the is the definition and the second is for the historical background for the international organization and the third dealed with the legal system for the international organization The second part titled as interpretation of the international organization documents which also divided to three parts 1.the express jurisdiction in the interpretation 2.

the interference of the international court of justice in the interpretation, then we conclude the research with some recommendation.
