أجري هذا البحث على 33 جنينا لدراسة التغيرات النسيجوكيميائية المصاحبة للتطور الجنيني لمجرى الرحم و المهبل في الجمل.
و كانت أطوال الأجنة محل الدراسة تتراوح ما بين 15 مم- 135 مم و التي تم جمعها من مجزر البساتين الآلي بالقاهرة و مجزر بلبيس بالشرقية.
تم إعداد قطاعات شمعية لهذه الأجنة و تم صباغتها و تجهيزها للفصح بالميكروسكوب الضوئي.
و قد أظهرت نتائج تلك الدراسة أن عملية تخليق مجرى الرحم و المهبل تبدأ مع ظهور القنوات المجاورة لقنوات الكلية المتوسطة (قنوات مولر) عند طول 15 مم.
و قد بدأت مجرى الرحم و المهبل في الظهور مبكرا عند طول 135 مم.
حيث أمكن التمييز بين الحدود المورفولوجية للرحم و المهبل عند هذا الطول.
Abstract EN
The current study has been achieved to clarify the prenatal histological changes associated with the morphogenesis of the utero-vaginal tract in the dromedary camel.
It revealed that the utero-vaginal canal developed from the paired paramesonephric ducts.
The fusion of both ducts was first observed at 40 mm CVRL stage as presumptive utero-vaginal canal.
The latter became demarcated into cranial uterine and caudal vaginal portions following the appearance of the cervical landmark at the 135 mm CVRL stage.
