English Abstract
إزالة مستحلب الماء في النفط الخام كيميائيا هو الأسلوب الأكثر تطبيقا على نطاق واسع و الذي يتطلب إضافة مواد كيماوية (كواسر استحلاب) لتسريع عملية كسر المستحلب (من نوع ماء في النفط).
في هذا البحث، استخدمت مادة طبيعية أولية (زيت الخروع) لتحضير بروميد زيت الخروع (BCO)، و ملح رباعي الأمونيوم (TEt-CO).
تم اختبار هذه المنتجات كمواد كاسرة للاستحلاب بطريقة اختبار التقنية Bottle Test و بالمقارنة مع كاسر الاستحلاب تجاري .(Chimec 2439) أظهر ال (BCO) قدرة جيدة على فصل الماء من مستحلب النفط الخام وصلت إلى (90 %) بجرعة (150 μ1) عند زمن ترسيب (120 min) في حين أن ال (TEt-CO) أظهر كفاءة فصل منخفضة وصلت إلى (10 %) في نفس زمن الترسيب.
بعد ذلك درس تأثير مجموعة من المتغيرات على عملية كسر الاستحلاب باستخدام المادة الكاسرة للاستحلاب ال (BCO) حيث كان لهذه المتغيرات تأثير واضح على عملية الفصل و المتغيرات المدروسة هي : الجرعة، درجة الحرارة، زمن خلط المستحلب، درجة الحموضة و الملوحة للطور المائي من المستحلب و أخيرا نسبة الماء.
كما اختبر تأثير بعض المضافات (و هي الميثانول، الايثانول، الزايلين و التولوين) على كفاءة ال (BCO) لغرض تعزيز فعاليته على كسر مستحلب النفط الخام.
