أجريت هذه الدراسة في معمل زراعة الأنسجة الخاص بالشتلات في قسم البساتين بكلية الزراعة-جامعة عين شمس خلال المدة من 2001 حتى 2004.
بزراعة أفرع السرو الليموني على بيئة موراشيج و سكوج المزودة بحمض الإندول بيوتيريك بتركيز 20 جزء في المليون لمدة 7 أيام ثم نقلها على بيئة خالية من منظمات النمو, أمكن التوصل إلى أفضل نسبة ممكنة من التجذير.
و بلغت النسبة المئوية للتجذير أقصاها بشكل معنوي في حالة الكونوكاربوس عند استعمال حمض الإندول بيوتيريك بتركيز 5 جزء في المليون.
Abstract EN
Growing Cupressus macrocarpa shoots on Murashige and Skoog (1962) medium (MS) with IBA at 20 ppm for 7 days before sub-culturing on a medium free of plant growth regulators gave rise to the best possible rooting percentage with only one root / shoot.
Rooting percentage of Conocarpus erectus rose significantly to its utmost with indolebutyric acid (IBA) at 5 ppm.
