Stream cipher attack using random search

Abstract EN

In this paper we suggest a method of attack is belong to the "Brute Force Attack "(Exhaustive Search), but the basic in this suggested method is searching using random function to retrieve the initial state of the key that was used in the encryption.

The substance scientism behind succeeded this idea and to get results, that is the searching in randomly method for random characteristics key being faster than searching in sequentially method for a random key, by trying every possible key in randomly behavior using random function generator to generate a random seed-keys, and checking the properties of the decrypting results if it arrives to the normal plaintext properties or not, the suggested method was applied to break a ciphertext only for A5 Algorithm and Geffe cipher systems.
