تمت دراسة دالة غرين لشبكة مثلثة, و تناول البحث معضلة شائبة واحدة متفاعلة مع أولي جاراتها, و شائبتين متجاورتين ؛ و كتبت الصيغ النهائية بدلالة التكامل الناقصي من النوع الأول ؛ كما حسب كثافة الحالات, و إزاحة الطور, و مقطع الاستطارة, حسابا تحليليا و عدديا.
Abstract EN
An expression for the Green’s function of triangular lattice is evaluated analytically and numerically for one and two impurities interacting with the first nearest-neighboring host atoms.
The density of states (DOS), phase shift and scattering cross section are expressed in terms of complete elliptic integrals of the first kind.
