الهدف : الهدف من هذه الورقة هو دراسة التحديات التي تواجه تنفيذ الحكومة الإلكترونية، فضلا عن الفرص المحتملة المتاحة في إطار المجتمع الأردن التصميم/ لمنهجية / نهج: و يقدم دراسة مفصلة و تحليل رؤية الأردن للحكومة الإلكترونية و إستراتيجية نشرها، جنبا إلى جنب مع إعادة النظر في الكتابات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
النتائج: النتائج و الآثار المترتبة على هذه الدراسة كشفت أن الأردن لا يزال متأخرا في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات لتقديم الخدمات الحكومية عبر الإنترنت.
الآثار العملية: إن فهم الحالة الراهنة للحكومة الإلكترونية في الأردن يمكن أن تساعد صانعي السياسات في البلاد مواصلة تطوير مؤسسات القطاع العام من جهة واحدة، و سيكون ذا أهمية لتحقيق النجاح الاقتصادي في الأردن في المستقبل من ناحية أخرى.
أصالة القيمة: و يعتقد أن هذه هي معظم ما وصل إلى التاريخ و تحليل شامل لخطط الأردن و تقييم مستوى الاستعداد لتقديم خدمات الحكومة الإلكترونية.
Abstract EN
E-government has become a popular focus of government efforts in many developed countries and, more recently, in several developing countries.
Jordan is one such developing country that has embarked on an e-government initiative (the programme was launched in the year 2000, and is expected to take several years to complete).
This paper reviews the challenges of implementing e-government in Jordan focuses on obstacles and risk factors.
