English Abstract
A subgroup //of a group G is called semiperutable in G if// permutes with every subgroup K of G for which (\ H \, \ K \) =1.
In this thesis we study a group G to be SP-group.
Which is a group in which every subnormal subgroup of it is semi permutable.
The aim of this thesis is to study the structure of SP-group.
