أجريت الدراسة على عدد 180 عينة جمبري (بيناس جابونيكس) تم تجميعها من ميناء الأتكه للصيد في منطقة خليج السويس، محافظة السويس بطريقة عشوائية على مدار ثلاثة فصول تشمل الر بيع، الصيف و الشتاء على التوالي (60 عينة كل فصل).
بعض عينات الجمبري أظهرت بقع سوداء و أخرى حمراء و كذلك تمزق في بعض أجزاء الجسم.
تم العزل من الأعضاء و هي البنكرياس الكبدي، الخياشيم و العضلات.
العزل و التصنيف تم بإستخدام المواصفة الدولية رقم 21827-2 (لسنة 2007).
أظهرت فحص الشكل و الخصائص الكيميائية الحيوية للبكتيريا المعزولة و تم التعرف على ميكروب فبريو الجينوليتكس، فبريو ميميكس و فبريو باراهيموليتيكس.
كانت نسبة الإصابة الكلية بمرض الفبريو (64.4 %) بينما نسبة الإصابة الموسمية كانت في الربيع (73.3 %)، الصيف (95 %) و الشتاء (25 %).
تم رصد الصفة الهستوباثولوجية و التي تمثلت في نخر و انتكاس في الخياشيم، البنكرياس و العضلات.
Abstract EN
A total number of 180 shrimp Penaeus japonicus were randomly collected from Ataka Fishing port, Suez-Bay, Suez city, (60 each season) spring, summer and winter respectively.
Some P.
japonicus specimens showed darkening, redness and sloughing of body parts.
Target organs for isolation were hepatopancreas, gills and musculature.
Enrichment and isolation were done by using ISO 21827-2 (2007).
Morphological and biochemical identifications of bacterial isolates revealed Vibrio alginolyticus, V.
mimicus and V.
parahaemolyticus.
The total prevalence of vibriosis was 64.4 % while the seasonal prevalence was 73.3 % in spring, 95 % in summer and 25 % in winter.
Histopathologically, necrosis and degeneration were found in gills, hepatopancreas and musculature.
