تضمنت الدراسة تحضير مركب قاعدة شيف من [بنزايليدين باراتولوين سلفوناميد، (I)] و ثلاث معوضات لهذا المركب [بارانايتروبنزايليدين باراتولوين سلفوناميد، (II)]، [1، 6 - ثنائي كلوروبنزايلدين باراتولوين سلفوناميد، (III)] و المركب [3، 4 - ثنائي ميثوكسي بنزايلدين باراتولوين سلفوناميد، (IV)] و تم دراسة طيف ال U.V.
لهذه المركبات حيث شخصت حزم الامتصاص المختلفة و ذلك باستخدام الميثانول المطلق كمذيب و كذلك التقدير المباشر لتلك المركبات حيث أعطى المركب الأول (I) موجة امتصاص عند الطول الموجي (nm 236) و المركب (II) أعطى موجة امتصاص عند الطول الموجي (nm 266) بينما لوحظ ظهور موجتين للمركب (III) عند (nm 236 و nm 304) و أخيرا درس المركب (IV) عند الأطوال الموجية (nm 308 & 274، 236) و لقد أجريت عملية التقدير المباشر من خلال رسم العلاقة بين التراكيز المولارية و الامتصاصات حيث عينت قيم R2 و RSD و معامل الامتصاص المولاري εmax لكل مركب.
Abstract EN
The study including preparation of Schiff's Bases compounds, Benzylidine p-toluenesulphonamide (I), p-nitrobenzylidine-ptoluenesulphonamide (II), 1,6-dichlorobenz-ylidine ptoluenesulphonamide (III), 3, 4-dimethoxybenzylidine ptoluenesulphonamide (IV) and have been studied by U.V spectrophotometry in absolute methanol which gives bands at (236 nm) for compound (I), (266 nm) for compound (II), (236 & 304nm) for compound (III) and (236, 274 & 308nm) for compound (IV).
The direct determination limit was estimated through the plot of the molar concentration against the absorbance and R2, RSD and εmax for each was calculated.
