أجریت هذه الدراسة لبیان التغیرات الوراثیة الخلویة الناجمة عن التسمم بملح فلورید الصودیوم (NaF) في ماء الشرب على معدلات أعداد النوى الصغیرة و الانحرافات الكروموسومیة في ذكور الفئران البیضاء, أستعمل (65) فأر أبیض مقسمة إلى ثلاث مجامیع، حیث أعطیت المجموعتین الأولى و الثانیة (150 و 300) ملغم فلورید الصودیوم / لتر على التوالي عن طریق ماء الشرب بصورة مباشرة یومیا و لمدة (3) أشهر، بینما أعطیت المجموعة الثالثة ماء الشرب بصورة مباشرة یومیا، و اعتبرت مجموعة سیطرة، كما و أستأصل نقي العظم لغرض دراسة التأثیرات الوراثیة الخلویة نتیجة التعرض المزمن لـ (NaF).
أوضحت الدراسة حصول ارتفاع معنوي (P ≤ 0.01) لمعدلات أعداد النوى الصغیرة و الانحرافات الكروموسومیة في ذكور الفئران البیضاء و أن هذا التأثیر یزداد بزیادة الجرعة و فترة التعرض للفلوراید خلال فترة التجربة.
Abstract EN
The present experiment was designed to study the mutagenic effects of fluorine given by using NaF in drinking water on the chromosomal aberration (CA) and Micronuclei (Mn) in white mice male for three month.
(65) male mice divided into three groups the 1st and 2nd groups daily intake (150 and 300 ) mg/L NaF indirectly by drinking water give NaF, while give tap water to the control group.
The cytogenetic analysis showed that NaF was causes significant increased (P≤0.01) in M.n and C.A which include “break, ring, delayed and gap” so concluded that fluorine toxicity has dose related effects.
