تتأثر أنظمة تقديم الرعاية الصحية بالسياسة و القرارات السياسية على المستوى المحلي و القومي، بالإضافة إلى التغيرات المستمرة في هذه الأنظمة فإنه من الضروري للممرضات من المشاركة السياسية و زيادة وعيهن السياسي حتى يكون لديهن صوت مسموع للارتقاء بمهنة التمريض و تحقيق الأهداف الذاتية لهن و كان الهدق من الدراسة تقييم مستوى الوعي السياسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التمريض و الممرضات في مستشفى أسيوط الجامعي و قد تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة موافقة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التمريض و عددهن 74 و عدد 51 مشرفة تمريض و 105 ممرضة يعملن في مستشفى أسيوط الجامعي و قد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استمارة البيانات الشخصية و استمارة تقييم الوعي السياسي.
و قد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن الوعي السياسي للمرضات ضعيف و مرتفع بنسبة بسيطة لدى مشرفات التمريض بينما كان أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التمريض أكثر وعيا بالنواحي السياسية مقارنة بباقي المشاركات و قد وجد اختلاف في مستوى الوعي السياسي بين المشاركات.
و قد أوضحت الدراسة أيضا على أن معظم العينة لا ينتمين إلى أحزاب سياسية و قد أوصت الدراسة بإضافة مقرر في مناهج الدراسة لطالبات التمريض في كل البرامج التعليمية عن أهمية المشاركة السياسية للتمريض و عمل برامج تدريبية للممرضات و مشرفات التمريض عن المشاركة السياسية الانتخابات و الأحزاب السياسية لتفعيل دورهن.
Abstract EN
All aspects of the health care industry are affected by political and policy decisions at the local, state and national levels, therefore nurses' political awareness is critical to nursing attainment of professional goals and nurse attainment of personal goals.
The purpose of this study was to assess study subjects political awareness level.
The study included convenient sample from faculty of nursing teaching staff (n=74) and hospital nurses (head nurses n = 51 and staff nurses n = 105).
Data was collected by using structured interview questionnaire.
The results revealed that the staff nurses were the most apathetic group, the head nurses were more slightly aware in political implications, while faculty of nursing teaching staff were the most self interested in political sophistication , there is a statistical significant difference between study subjects political awareness levels .
Most of them not belonged to political party.
The present study recommended that, incorporate courses related to politics for undergraduate nursing students and conduct a training program about political participation for hospital nurses.
