تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير محرر محفزات القند Gonadotropic Releasing Hormone (GnRH) على الكفاءة الإنتاجية للدجاج البياض المكتمل البلوغ (31) أسبوع.
اشتملت الدراسة على (36) دجاجة عرق شيفرز قسمت عشوائيا إلى ثلاث مجاميع متساوية (n=12) عوملت المجاميع و لمدة خمسة أسابيع متتالية بالمعاملات المدونة أدناه و بطريقة الحقن العضلي في منطقة الفخذ و كما يلي : المجموعة الأولى (السيطرة) (T1) : ماء مقطر و بجرعة قدرها 0.2 ml المجموعة الثانية (T2) : GnRH و بجرعة قدرها 0.1 ml المجموعة الثالثة (T3) : GnRH و بجرعة قدرها 0.2 ml أظهرت النتائج تفوقا ملحوظا للمجموعة الثانية على مجموعة السيطرة (T1) و المجموعة الثالثة (T3) حيث بلغ المعدل الإنتاجي فيها 78 % خلال فترة المعالجة، في حين أظهرت مجموعة السيطرة (T1) تفوقا بسيطا على المجموعة الثالثة حيث بلغ المعدل الإنتاجي لكل منها 68.86 % و 65.98 % على التوالي.
تم سحب عينات الدم من القلب مباشرة و عزل المصل و تم قياس مستوى الهرمون اللوتيني LH بطريقة ELISA لوحظ عدم وجود أي فرق معنوي في مستوى الـ LH للمجاميع الثلاثة.
و قد أستنتج من الدراسة أن GnRH له تأثير في تحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية للدجاج البياض.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to evaluate the effect of GnRH on the reproductive traits of fully mature layers chicks (31week).
The study involved (36) chicks, shiefers breed , which were divided randomly in to three equal groups (n = 12).
The groups were treated with weekly intramuscular (I.M) injection in the thigh muscle for five successive week as indicated below :- (T1) control group : 0.2 ml distilled water , T2 group :- 0.1 ml GnRH and T3 group :0.2ml GnRH .
The study showed a high significant difference (p < 0.01) in the reproductive trait of T2 group (78 %) as compared to T1 and T3 group .The T1showed a slight increased than T3 group 68.86 % ,65.98 % respectively .
Blood sample have been collected, directly from the heart, serum was separated for estimation of LH hormone by ELISA. There was no significant differences in LH level among the three variant groups. It was concluded from this study that GnRH have an effect in improvement of reproductive trait of layer chicks.
