لقد تم دراسة الفعالية المضادة للميكروبات لمستخلصات الايثانول و الميثانول و المستخلص الزيتي لجذور الزنجبيل.

و قد اختبرت بعض أنواع من البكتريا الموجبة و السالبة .

حيث بينت الدراسة أن هذه البكتيريا لها حساسية مختلفة اتجاه هذه المستخلصات و حسب نوع البكتريا و قد لوحظ أن التأثير الأكبر للمستخلصات كان على جرثومة Escherichia coli .

Abstract EN

Investigation of antibacterial activity of ethanolic, methanolic and ginger oil were carried out in this study on Gram positive and Gram negative pathogenic bacteria.

The study exhibited these bacteria have variable susceptibities against these extracts and depend on type of bacteria.

The notes was shown the highest effect and wide diameter of growth inhibition zone against Escherichia coli.
