أجريت هذه الدراسة المسحية في قسم الاستشارية الباطنية في مستشفى الحكيم العام في محافظة النجف الأشرف للفترة من 1 / 10 / 2008 و لغاية 31 / 5 / 2009.
لوصف بعض أوجه العلاقة بين السمنة و أمراض القولون من خلال البيانات المسجلة و التي تم جمعها بواسطة نموذج استمارة الاستبيان.
كان العدد الكلي (100) حالة سمنة، و كانت نسبة الذكور (91 %) مقارنة بالنساء و قد تبين أن أغلب الحالات كانت ضمن الفئة العمرية (40 – 49 سنة) و بنسبة (32.9 %)، و أقل الحالات ضمن الفئة العمرية (70 – 79 سنة) بنسبة (1.1 %) أما قمة الحالات فحدثت ضمن الفئة العمرية (30 – 69 سنة) بالنسبة للذكور.
إما بالنسبة للإناث فكانت أغلب الحالات ضمن الفئة العمرية (40 – 59 سنة) بنسبة (33.3 %) و قد تبين أن أقلها كان ضمن الفئة العمرية (70 – 79 سنة) (صفر).
أما قمة الحالات فكانت ضمن الفئة العمرية (40 – 59 سنة).
و قد تبين أن نسبة (76.9 %) من الذكور المصابين بالسمنة ليست لديهم أمراض قولون و نسبة (23.1 %) كانوا مصابين بأمراض القولون، بينما (66.7 %) من الإناث كانت لديهن إصابة بأمراض القولون و (33.3 %) غير مصابات.
و أن (75.8 %) من الذكور الذين يعانون من السمنة لم تكن لأفراد عوائلهم إصابة مسبقة بالسمنة، و أن (24.1 %) كانوا لديهم أفراد مصابين بالسمنة.
أما الإناث فكانت نسبة (77.7 %) ليست لديهن إصابات عائلية و (22.2 %) كانت لديهن إصابات عائلية بالسمنة.
و أن (21.9 %) من الذكور كانوا مصابين بداء السكري و كان (78.1 %) غير مصابين بداء السكري.
أما الإناث فكانت نسبة (33.3 %) مصابة بالسكري و (66.7 %) غير مصابه بالسكري.
توصي هذه الدراسة بإنشاء قاعدة بيانات لفئات المجتمع المصاب بالسمنة و عوامل الخطورة المتعلقة بها في العراق لاكتشاف المشاكل الصحية المتعلقة بالسمنة.
Abstract EN
This study was carried out at the internal consultant department in Al-Hakem general hospital in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraff governorate from 1/10/2008 to 31/5/2009, to describe some respects the relationship between obesity and colon disease, the total number of obese cases was one hundred which only represented the registered, with males preponderance (91%) compared with females.
The cases were most frequent within the age group ( – 44 44 yrs ) (32.9%) and least frequent within the age group ( – 04 04 yrs ) (1.1%) with the bulk of cases occurring up to the age of (30 -69 yrs ) for males while the cases was most frequent within the age group ( 40 -59 yrs ) (33.3%) and least frequent within the age group (70 -79 yrs )(zero), with the bulk of cases occurring up to the age of (40 -59 yrs ) for females .
(76.9%) of males obese where don’t have colon disease and (23.1%) have colon disease, while (66.7%) of female had colon disease and (33.3%) with out colon disease.
(75.8%) of male don’t had familiar history with obesity, and (24.1%) who had familiar obesity, but in females (77.7%) don’t had familiar obesity and (22.2%) with familiar obesity .And lastly (21.9%) of males was suffer from diabetic and (78.1%) without diabetic disease.
but in females (33.3%) with diabetic disease and (66.7%) without diabetic disease.
This study recommended: prepare – based estimates of obesity and its associated risk factors in Iraq to detection the health problem that be related the obesity.
