يعد الرسوب و ضعف مستوى التعلم من المشاكل الكبيرة التي تواجه النظام التربوي في العالم بشكل عام، و في البلدان ذات الدخل المنخفض بشكل خاص، و في العراق، ازداد الاهتمام خلال السنوات الأخيرة بمسألة الرسوب و تدني مستوى التعليم، و ظهرت دراسات و محاولات لإصلاح القطاع التربوي و النهوض به، و هذا البحث محاولة لدراسة ظاهرة الرسوب في المرحلة الابتدائية في المدارس العراقية بالاعتماد على تحليل للمناهج التعليمية المتبعة في المدارس الابتدائية بالإضافة إلى استبيان استطلع آراء (100) معلم في مدينة البصرة التي اختيرت أنموذجا للدراسة.
Abstract EN
Failure and low learning achievement are critical problems facing school systems all over the world, particularly in low-income countries.
In Iraq, there is a growing concern at the seriousness of school failure at primary stage during the recent years.
This research endeavors to study this issue depending on an analysis of the teaching programmer followed, and the findings of a questionnaire carried out to (100) primary school teachers in Basrah City.
