Abstract EN

This study reveals the concept of bargain sale; its provision, its proof of legitimacy and its relationship to other sales like, the sale of honesty, the najash sale and the statement of its own provisions, the entry of the bargain sale on the purchase and sale, the prohibition of the bargain on the bargain, and the deceit on the bargain.

The findings of the study indicated that the sale of bargain is a kind of the sales that it does not contain usury and deception, and tating ento consideration the permissibility of the sale, as it is one of the best sales, and bargain is regarded as a matter of buying and selling, by to the prohibtion of bargaining of buying and selling, and that the prohibition contained just only on the bargain, and the permissibility of the sale if it occurs later on.
