تتوفر العديد من البرامجيات الهندسية المفيدة في إدارة المشاريع.
مثل هذه البرامج على سبيل الذكر هي project, Primaveraو غيرها.
أن هذه البرامجيات تحتاج إلى التغذية بالمعلومات من قبل المستخدم حيث يقوم المستخدم عادة بجمع المعلومات من المصادر المطلوبة مثل وثائق المقاولة و مخططات التصميم و غيرها.
أن عملية جمع هذه المعلومات و إدخالها يصاحبها جهد و وقت و قد تتعرض هذه العملية إلى حدوث أخطاء في نقل المعلومات.
و لتوفير الجهد والوقت وتقليل الأخطاء في نقل المعلومات يتطلب إنشاء نظام متكامل يقوم باستخلاص المعلومات قدر الإمكان من وثائق و مخططات المقاولة و تحويلها من صيغتها الفعلية إلى الصيغة الملائمة لتشغيل برامجيات إدارة المشاريع.
هذا النظام المتكامل بإمكانه استخلاص المعلومات الرسومية من مخططات ال (AutoCAD) و تحويلها إلى أرقام مناسبه للمعالجة في برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل (jectPr and Ms Exce1) في هذا البحث تم بناء نموذج متكامل لربط البرامجيات (برنامج اوتوكاد مايكروسوفت اكسيل و مايكروسوفت بروجيكت بحيث يقوم النموذج باستقراء المعلومات من المخططات التصميمية المرسومة ببرنامج (CADAut)و تحويلها مباشره إلى برنامج (Exce1) و برنامج(jectPr Ms) بصيغه عدديه بحيث يمكن التعامل معها بسهوله لإيجاد الكميات و بناء نظم إدارة المشروع بشكل سريع و مباشر.
تم بناء النموذج المتكامل باستخدام البرامجيات اعلاه و ربطها بتقنيه (X Active) التلقائية.
تم تجربه النموذج المتكامل على ثلاث حالات دراسية و هي شبكة مجاري لموقع جامعة النهرين و شبكة ماء لموقع الجامعة الإسلامية و شبكة قنوات الري و البزل.
اثبت النتائج فعالية النموذج في تحويل المعلومات من صيغتها الرسومية إلى صيغ عدديه يمكن التعامل معها بسهوله و يسر بالبرامجيات المشمولة بها.
و من الجدير بالذكر بان النموذج يتطلب أن يتم رسم المخططات التصميمية ببرنامج الأوتوكاد مع بعض التأشيرات الطفيفة في هذا البرنامج لكي يتمكن النظام بالعمل المطلوب مثل إجراء الرسومات بصيغ الطبقات ال(LaYers) و حصر الاشكال (Objects) بلوحات التعريف (cksB1) و هي متطلبات بسيطة يمكن تنفيذها بسهوله.
كما أن النظام تم بناءه بطريقه مرنه بحيث يمكن إضافة أي حاله أخرى (أي مشاريع أخرى).
Abstract EN
Many useful soft ware’s in projects management are available now.
Ms Project and Primavera are some examples of these soft ware’s.
Those programs need to be fed by information by the user.
The users usually collect this information from the project and design documents.
This collection process needs considerable time and efforts, and usually accompanied of some errors in data transfer process.
In order to reduce the required time and efforts and to eliminate individual errors in data transfer process, an Integrated System is needed.
This Integrated System can extract the graphical information from an AutoCAD drawing and transfer it to a digital form suitable for processing in the project management soft wares such as Excel and Ms Project.
In this research an Integrated System (IS) was built, to connect three soft ware’s, AutoCAD, Excel and Ms Project, using Active X data transfer technology.
The Integrated System was tested using three case studies.
Al-Nahrain University waste water network, the Islamic University water supply network, and an irrigation and drainage project.
The results indicated the capability of the system to transfer the graphical data into digital data, and to conduct the quantity of survey of the selected projects.
It is worthy to mention that this system requires some modification that is should be adopted in the Auto CAD drawings.
The drawings should be performed using layers, and definition blocks for objects.
These modifications are simple and can be done easily.
Moreover the system was built in a way that gives the ability of adding other case studies (i.e., other types of projects).
