يستخدم الفاموتيدين كمثبط لإفراز الحامض المعوي.
و قد قمنا بدراسة تكوين معقدات النحاس الثنائية مع الفاموتيدين من خلال دراسة طيفياتها لأقصى امتصاص طول موجي قدره 638 nm عند درجات حرارة مختلفة.
و أظهرت النتائج اتحاد النحاس (II) و الفاموتيدين بنسب جزئية قدرها 1:1 عند درجة 5.0 = PH.
و قد حسبنا معاملات إثبات المعقدات التي كانت = 2.55x104, 2.38x104, 2.5x104 و ذلك من خلال طريقة التغيير المستمرة, و حصلنا على 1.31x104, 1.31x104, 1.26x104 و ذلك باستخدام طريقة النسب الجزيئية عند درجات حرارة 25° C, 40° C, 50° C على الترتيب.
Abstract EN
Famotidine is an effective inhibitor of gastric acid secretions.
The formation of copper (II) complex with famotidine has been studied spectrophotometrically at an absorption maximum of 638 nm at different temperatures.
The data shows that copper (II) and famotidine combine in the molar ratio of 1: 1 at pH 5.0.
The stability constants of the complex were calculated to be 2.55 × 104, 2.38 × 104, and 2.50 × 104 by continuous variation method and 1.31 × 104, 1.31 × 104, and 1.26 × 104 by mole ratio method at 25, 40, and 50 °C, respectively.
