Arabic Abstract

هنالك آمال عالية موضوعة على ألياف الخيزران كبديل لألياف الزجاج للاستعمال في المنتجات الصناعية.

إلا أن الطرق التقليدية لاستخراج ألياف الخيزران تشتمل على مشاكل تتضمن النوعية، و الدقة ، و الكفاءة .

و لذلك و لإيجاد حل لهذه المشاكل سوف نقوم-في هذا البحث- بعرض طريقة جديدة لاستخراج ألياف الخيزران من خلال مركز مكني (MC) و باستعمال القياسات في الموقع.

و قد تم قياس الأشكال الداخلية و الخارجية لأنبوب الخيزران بوساطة مجس يعتمد على اللمس.

و تم أيضا دراسة شكل الألياف و توزيعها.

و بناء على هذه الخصائص للخيزران قمنا بطرح طريقة لإنشاء مسار أدوات يأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصائص الخيزران.

English Abstract

High expectations are being placed on bamboo fibers as an alternative to glass fibers for applications of industrial products.

However, conventional bamboo fiber extraction techniques have problems that primarily involve quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

To solve these problems, we propose a new method for obtaining bamboo fibers with a machining center (MC) using in-situ measurement.

The bamboo pipe’s inner and outer shapes were measured with a touch probe.

The fiber shape and its distribution were also investigated.

Based on these bamboo properties, we propose a method to create a tool path.
