Abstract EN

This paper discussed the right of the Palestinian refugees’ to return to their homeland and the different views pertaining to this issue.

This research is a basic part of the national efforts to abort the efforts to deprive the Palestinians from their land and to prevent them from returning to it.

This is done under the pretexts that many Palestinians no longer hold permits for residing in that area, in addition to the fact that many of them hold valid residence visas in other countries.

These procedures, although they contradict the international law in this respect, they threaten the existence of certain countries; chief among which is Jordan.

Israel plans to make Jordan the the substite homeland for the Palestinians in order to prevent them from establishing their own country on the soil of their land.This research is based on the International Public Law without discussing the details of the Palestinian refugees’ issue.

The nationality of the Palestinians living outside Palestine is also discussed and some other relevant issues such as the the disengagement resolution.

Finally, the research discusses the legality of the Palestinians’ right to returen to their homeland as well as other controversial issues in this respect.
