This research consist of giving alight with details on the authorization methods in the doctoriaans with mean sign to the basic doctorians authorizations to eache method, in spte of showing the puplic fundamentals for it.

This investigate consisted from the introduction and give investigates and completion and conclution.

About the introduction it mentioned in it briefely the genesis of princibles of doctorine.

The first investigating showing the method of the speakers while the second one take the explaining of al hanafia method the third one took the both previos method the fourth one take the showing the branchs from the princibles while the fifth one take the explaining of the aims method the completion is to exptaining the authoring method in al-muhditheens.
