عزلت من 27 عينة تربة أنواع تابعة للبكتريا الخيطية المحبة للحرارة Thermoactinomyces المكونة للسبورات الداخلية و قورنت مع بعض العصيات المقاومة للحرارة التابعة لنفس المجموعة و العائدة لجنسي Bacillus و Paenibacillus، بلغت أعداد مستعمرات البكتريا الخيطية المحبة للحرارة في وسط العزل الأولى (1-4) مستعمرة/ غم / 102 في حين بلغت أعداد البكتريا العصوية (3-137) مستعمرة / غم / 102.
تم انتقاء (35) عزلة و درست الصفات الشكلية و الكيموحيوية و الفسلجية و حساسيتها للمضادات الحيوية و صنفت عدديا باستخدام معامل التشابه البسيط (Ssm (Simple matching coeficient و الربط بطريقة المعدل، توزعت العزلات على عنقودين رئيسين B و A ضمن المخطط الهرمي الشجري.
ضم العنقود A ثلاث عناقيد ثانوية منها A1 الذي ضم 3 سلالات للنوع Thermoactinomyces vulgaris و ضم العنقود الثانوي A2 سلالة واحدة للنوع Thermoactinomyces intermedius و العنقود الثانوي A3 ضم 9 سلالات للنوع Thermoactinomyces vulgaris، في حين ضم العنقود الثانوي B1 15 سلالة للنوع Bacillus mycoides و B2 ضم 7 سلالات للنوع.
Paenibacillus spp، و هذا التوزيع يشير إلى التقارب الشديد بين الأنواع المختلفة التابعة لنفس المجموعة.
Abstract EN
Isolation of species belong to endospore forming Thermoactinomyces were cared out from 27 soil samples and compared with thermoresistant bacilli belong to two genera Bacillus and Paenibacillus.
The number of Thermophilic Actinomycetes in primary isolation was (1-4) colony /gm/102 but that of Bacilli was (3-137) colony / gm / 102.
Morphological, biochemical, physiological characters and sensitivity to antibiotics were studied for (35) isolates, and classified numerically by using simple matching coefficient (Ssm) and average linkage method.
Two main clusters A and B were cared out from the herarichichal tree in which cluster A included 3 sub clusters, A1 included 3 strains of the species Thermoactinomyces vulgaris, the sub cluster A2 included one strain of the species Thermoactinomyces intermedius, and A3 included 9 strains of the species Thermoactinomyces vulgaris, were the sub cluster B1 included 15 strain of the species Bacillus mycoides, and the sub cluster B2 included 7 strains of the species Paenibacillus spp.
This indicated the close relationship between the different species which belong to same group.
