هنالك العديد من البحوث التي تناولت استخدام الخوارزمية الجينية مع علم التشفير و فك الشفرة (Cryptography)، و تشترك جميعها بكونها تستخدم الخوارزمية الجينية لفك شفرة البيانات المشفرة (Cryptography) و الحصول على النص الأصلي.
في هذا البحث تم تقديم استخدام جديد للخوارزمية الجينية مع ل (Cryptography)، حيث تم الحصول على أفضل مفتاح سري (Secret Key) لتشفير البيانات بطريقة ال (Polyalphabetic SubstitutionCipher) و من ثم استخدامه في التشفير و فك الشفرة و بما يضمن مستوى عالي من السرية.
تمت كتابة البرنامج بلغة (6.5) Matlab.

Several Genetic Algorithms have been developed for applications of cryptography problem ; the primary distinction among all of them being the G.A.

In this paper a new approach is proposed using Genetic Algorithm with cryptography.
