تتفاعل مشتقات السلفانميد مع الثايوفين 2 – ألديهيد و البايبرينايل لتكوين قواعد شيف.
شخصت المركبات المحضرة بقياس أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و الرنين النووي للبروتون و طيف الكتلة.
استعملت عدة عوامل مخدشه للمعدة و هي (الإيثانول 80% و هيدروكسيد الصوديوم 0,2مولاري و كلوريد الصوديوم 20%) لاستحداث قرحه المعدة.
و أعطيت المركبات عن طريق الفم قبل نصف ساعة من تناول العامل المخدش.
حسبت النسبة المئوية للوقاية من القرحة و كانت النتائج كالتالي المركب 4 أكثر فعالية من المركبات الأخرى و من دواء الامبرازول و فعالية المركب 1 مقاربة إلى فعالية الامبرازول بينما أظهر المركبان 2 و 3 أقل فعالية على التوالي.

Abstract EN
Substituted sulfonamides were reacted with thiophene carbaldehydes and piperenal to form Schiff’s bases.
The structures of synthesized compounds were confirmed by their IR, 1 H NMR spectroscopic data and mass spectra.
Different necrotizing agents (80 % ethanol, 0.2 M NaOH and 25 % NaCl) were used to induced gastric lesions.
The compounds were given orally 30 min before the administration of necrotizing agents.
The percentages for compounds to ulcer protective were calculated.
Compound 4 was more effective than other compounds and omeprazole itself.
Compound 1 was approximate equal to omeprazole activity, and after that compounds 3 and 2 respectively were less active.
