أجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبر الأحياء المجهرية / كلية الطب البيطري / جامعة القاسم الخضراء.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان تأثير المبيد الفطري Topsin على الأطوار اليرقية لبعوض Culex pipiens بعد التعرض لتراكيز مختلفة منه ثم حساب القيمة التقريبية للتركيز القاتل لنصف أحياء الاختبار LC50.
أظهرت النتائج أن هلاكات الأطوار اليرقية كان (66.64 – 20% و 49.68 – 16.67% و 39.57 – 9.91% و 48.86 – 10.2%) لكل من الطور الأول و الثاني و الثالث و الرابع على التوالي.
كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق معنوية بين النتائج, و وجود معامل ارتباط بين التراكيز المستعملة و الهلاكات و أيضا بين التراكيز و الأيام التي تحتاجها اليرقات لتتحول الى عذراء.
Abstract EN
This study Experiment was conducted in the laboratory of microbiology/ College of Veterinary Medicine/ AL-Qasim Green University.
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Topsin fungicide on larvae phases of Culex pipiens mosquitoes after exposure to different concentration from it then calculated the approximately value of LC50 after exposure to different concentration (20-60)mg/l of Topsin.
The results showed that the larval mortalities were (20 - 66.64%, 16.67- 49.68%, 9.91- 39.57% and 10.2- 48.86%) to the first, second, third and forth phase respectively.
The results indicated a significant differentiations among results and presence of correlation coefficient between the usage concentrations and mortalities, also between concentrations and days that larvae need to convert to pupa.
