Abstract EN

The majority of scholars disagree with Hanafi doctrine scholars in public judging, because of the Hanafi doctrine consider the public is an absolute and the public consider it as a conjecture matter and thus all juridical and applications rules of purity section built on ,like wudoo' (cleaning before praying), bathing, removing dirt and tayamum (cleaning with dust) and other issues .
