The present study aims at investigating the allusions or rather some accusations that were raised by some well-informed scholars and writers about the author of a certain book.

This book is named “Thakhirat Al-Athhan” lit.

means (Minds’ Repertoire in knowing the history of Middle Easterners and Moroccans Siryans”.

It supposedly belongs to the Priest Butras Nasri, the Kildan Mosuli Priest (died in 1917).

After collecting and systemizing the relevant corpus to the subject between those who argue with the authority of book to the Priest and those argue against.

Finally, the scholar tries to reconsider the legitimate right to his owner that were proved evidently.
