هذا البحث هو دراسة أصولية في مبحث مهم من مباحث علم أصول الفقه و هو مبحث الاجتهاد.
و يهدف البحث إلى بيان معنى الخطأ و علاقته بالاجتهاد، و ما هو ميدان الاجتهاد الذي يجوز فيه الخطأ، و هل أن كل مجتهد مصيب، ثم في مسائل مهمة متعلقة بأخطاء المجتهدين.
و قد خرجت بنتائج مهمة جعلتها في خاتمة البحث أرجو أن ينتفع بها طلبة العلم و مدرسو المناهج الأصولية.
و الحمد لله أولا و آخرا
Abstract EN
This research deals with an important aspect of fiqh origins'viz.
Diligence section.
The aim of this research is : 1-To clarify the meaning of being wrong and its relation with diligence, 2-What is the field of diligence in which one might be wrong.
3- Is every diligent person correct ?, and 4- Clarifying the important issues related to the mistakes of diligent persons.
The searcher concluded some important results that might be of benfit for students and teachers.
