Abstract EN

Since the dawn of history, the sacred places have had special sanctity and most people used to restored to these places in order to stop any problem they though they would undergo.

Since there is an association between many praetising to his freedom of thought, belief and the existing of holy places for the purpose of worshiping, it has become natural that these places should have sanetity which should be safeguarded and keep it under the necessary legal protection.

In our research, we shall deal with the protection of these sanctities within the internal framework of the states in the first demanded.

In the second chapter, we>ll deal with the protection of these sanctities in the international scope.
