نسجل هنا حالة طفلة عمرها خمسة أشهر أصيبت بتداخل الأمعاء، و كانت الأعراض في البداية عبارة عن تقيؤ مادة قيوائية بشكل متكرر، و كانت الحالة مسبوقة بالتهاب المجاري التنفسية الحاد (ذات الرئة الحادة مع أزز)، و قد أثبتت حالة تداخل الأمعاء بواسطة فحص السونار، ثم أجريت العملية الجراحية التي تحسنت الطفلة بعدها بشكل ممتاز.
Abstract EN
The case of 5-mo.old girl infant with intestinal-intussusception is reported , the patient first presented by coffe ground vomiting preceded by acute respiratory-tract infection (severe pneumonia with wheeze) , proved by an ultra-sound ex.
, then operated with an excellent post-operative improvement.
