142 مرضا مصابا بضعف النمو (قصر القامة) راجعون عيادة ضعف النمو في مستشفى الزهراء (ع) درست حالاتهم لعلاقة نتائج فحوص التنشيط لهرمون النمو بواسطة الإجهاد أو تناول عقار الكلوندن مع حسن الاستجابة لعلاج هرمون النمو، حيث وجد أن 51 مرضا (35.915 %) قد حصلت لديهم زيادة سنوية بمعدل أكثر من 5 سم / السنة (استجابة جيدة) و كلهم كان لديهم ضعف استجابة لفحص تنشيط هرمون النمو بواسطة الإجهاد أو عقار الكلوندن.
Abstract EN
142 patients with growth failure(short-stature ) visiting growth failure-clinic in alzahra hospital were studied for the relation of provocative Growth Hormone test-results to the response to G.H. therapy ,51 patients ( 35.915% ) got a yearly height increment of >5cm./y.
( good response), and all of these had poor response to provocative tests by clonidine or exercise .
