تضمن البحث تحضير الليكاند 2- [(6-نيترو-2-بنزوثيازوليل) آزو] -4، 6 –ثنائي مثيل فينول (NBTADMP 6-) و ذلك من أزواج ناتج أزوتة المركب 2-أمينو-6-نيترو بنزو ثيازول مع محلول 2، 4- ثنائي مثيل فينول في محلول قاعدي كحولي.
كما تم تحضير المعقدات الفلزية ذات الصيغ العامة [FeL2]، Cl.H2O [CoL2]، [NiL2]، Cl [CuL H2O]، [ZnL2]، [CdL2].
H2O، [PdLCl] و [AgL H2O] H2O.
و ذلك من تفاعل ليكاند الثيازوليل آزو مع كلوريدات الأيونات الفلزية (و الكبريتات للحديد (II) و النترات للفضة (I))، و قد بلغت النسبة المولية (فلز : ليكاند) 1 : 1 لأيونات النحاس (II) و البلاديوم (II) و الفضة (I) فيما بلغت النسبة 1 : 2 لبقية الأيونات الفلزية.
و استنادا إلى معطيات نتائج التحليل الدقيق للعناصر و التوصيل الكهربائي المولاري و الحساسية المغناطيسية و أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و الفوق البنفسجية –المرئية فقد تبين أن الليكاند ترتبط من خلال مواقع التناسق المتاحة و هي ذرة الأوكسجين الفينولية و إحدى ذرتي نيتروجين مجموعة الآزو و ذرة النيتروجين لحلقة الثيازول.
كما تبين أن جميع المعقدات المحضرة لا تذوب في الماء و لكنها جيدة الذوبان في أغلب المذيبات العضوية مثل الأسيتون و ال DMF و ال DMSO.
كذلك تم اقتراح الأشكال الفراغية للمعقدات المحضرة.
Abstract EN
A new ligand 2-[(6-Nitro-2-benzothiazolyl)azo]-4,6-dimethylphenol (6-NBTADMP = HL) has been synthesized by coupling diazotized 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole with 2,4-dimethylphenol in alkaline alcoholic solution.
Metal complexes have the general formula [FeL2], [CoL2]Cl .
H2O, [NiL2], [CuL H2O]Cl, [ZnL2], [CdL2].
H2O, [PdLCl], and [AgL H2O].
H2O, were synthesized from thiazolylazo ligand and metal chloride (sulfate for Fe (II) and nitrate for Ag (I)) in 1:1 molar ratio (metal:ligand) for Cu (II), Pd (II) and Ag (I) and 1:2 for the rest metal ions.
Based on elemental analysis, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility data, IR and UV-Vis spectra.
The data show that the ligand coordinates to the metal ion νia phenolate O, azo N and with thiazole N atoms.
All complexes are insoluble in water but these are soluble in common organic solvents such as acetone, DMF and DMSO.
According to results obtained the geometry for the complexes was suggested.
