The most recent innovation that occurs within the banking sector is electronic distribution of channels i.e., the internet banking.

This innovation has revolutionized and modernized the traditional ways of banking.

Survey was conducted to find out the role of Satisfaction, Security and Risk towards customer's turnover intention from traditional to the internet banking.

Total two hundred and fifty respondents took part in this survey.

The result of the survey showed that the affect of role of there is significant relationship between satisfaction, security, risk and customer, s turnover intention from traditional to the internet banking.
