في هذا البحث قمنا بترسيب أغشية ZnO الرقيقة بطريقة الرش الحراري على أساس من الزجاج.

هذه الطريقة جيدة نسبة إلى الطرق الأخرى لتحضير أغشية ZnO الرقيقة لأنها سهلة و قليلة الكلفة و أقل تبدد و خسارة في التحضير كما يمكن استخدامها لطلاء سطح كبير.

تم استقصاء الخواص البصرية للأغشية باستخدام مطياف (UV–VIS-NIR) Ultraviolet–Visible–Near Infrared الانتقال البصري ضمن المدى 300-110 mm من الأطوال الموجية.

و قمنا بإيجاد فجوة الطاقة و الثوابت البصرية.

Abstract EN

In this study, ZnO thin films were deposited by the spray pyrolysis technique on glass substrates.

Optical properties of the films were also investigated by Ultraviolet-Visible-Near Infrared (UV-VISNIR) spectrophotometer.

Spray pyrolysis is a useful alternative to the traditional methods for obtaining zinc oxide (ZnO) this films, because of its simplicity, low cost and minimum waste production.

The spray pyrolysis process allows the coating of large surface and it is easy to include in the industrial production line.

The optical transmittance at normal incidence was recorded in the wavelength range of 300-1100 nm by using the UV / VIS / NIR spectrophotometer.
