تم إجراء تقنية محورة لتقديم فتحة الاحليل ل 58 طفل يعانون من تشوه الاحليل (مبال تحتاني بسيط في الحشفة أو الحلقة أو ما تحت الحلقة) حيث تم إجراء قص محور لفتحة الاحليل لمرضى المبال التحتاني المصحوب بتضيق الفتحة مع استخدام طريقة محورة لتقديم فتحة الاحليل إلى الأمام و تصحيح التسطح و إعطاء الحشفة شكل أكثر ملائمة و كانت النتائج ممتازة.
و تمت متابعة المرضى لتقييم الشكل و جريان الإدرار بالاتجاه الأمامي الصحيح.
و من خلال الدراسة استنتج أن استخدام هذه الطريقة سهل و نتائجه مرضية للمريض و عائلته.
Abstract EN
Fifty eight patients with distal hypospadius (glandular, coronal, subcoronal) were involved in this technique.
Modified meatatatomy and meatal advancement which prevent the uncosmotic flattening of the glans.
The overall results were excellent.
The follow up to judge the appearance and the forward direction of the urine stream.
We conclude the procedure easy and with satisfaction to the family and the patients.
