تم تحوير كل من معادلة الحالة لبرخ – مرنكهان و معادلة الحالة لباردين لتحققا شرط السبينودال.

ثم تم استخدام هاتين المعادلتين المحورتين لحساب ضغط السبينودال لكل من السليكون و الجرمانيوم.

و أظهرت المعادلتين المحورتان نتائج متوافقة مع نتائج الأبحاث النظرية.

Abstract EN

A modification for Brich-Murnghan EOS and Bardeen EOS to meet the spinodal conditions has been established.

Evaluation of spinodal pressure for Si and Ge, using these modified EOSs show a good agreement with the theoretical results shown in literatures.
