نقوم بالتحقيق في محددات توزيع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر عبر الاستثمار التأسيسي و عمليات الاندماج و الاستحواذ في عينة تحتوي على ما يصل إلى 91 البلدان المتقدمة و البلدان النامية على مدى 2005-1987.
تم العثور على حصة من عمليات الاندماج و الشراء لزيادة القيمة السوقية و الحقوق المدنية الأفضل.
الانفتاح على التجارة يقلل من حصة عمليات الاندماج و الشراء في صالح الاستثمار في مجالات جديدة.
و قمنا بمقارنة تكوين تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى بلدان المنطقة لتوقعات النموذج المقدرة.
نلاحظ وجود عدم تجانس كبير بين تلك البلدان.
Abstract EN
We investigate the determinants of the distribution of FDI across greenfield investment and mergers and acquisitions in a sample containing up to 91 developed and developing countries over 1987-2005.
The share of M&As is found to increase with market capitalization and better civil rights.
Openness to trade reduces the share of M&As in favor of greenfield investment.
We compare the composition of FDI flows to MENA countries to the predictions of the estimated model.
We observe a great heterogeneity among those countries.
