المركبات المذكورة في العنوان أعلاه تعتبر مركبات كيرالية عندما تكون مجموعتي الأسيل مختلفة, و ذلك بسبب غياب الدوران حول الرابطة N-N, و هذا ما يسمى بالمحور التماثلي Chiral axis.
حصلنا على متمارئ نقي من DAQs, و ذلك بفصل الدايستريوأزومر المتكون, و الذي خطط لعملية الفصل بجعل المجموعة التي في الموضع 2 لحلقة الكوينازولينون تحتوي على ذرة كربون كيرالية, مما سهل عملية الفصل باستخدام الكروماتوجرافي, كما تم مفاعلة واحد من الدايستريوأزومر المفصول سابقا مع مركب ميزو - ثنائي الأمين و أعطى N - (2 - أمينوسيكلو هكسايل) بنزا إمايد بكفاءة فصل عالية (95%).
Abstract EN
The title compounds (DAQs) are chiral when the two N-acyl groups are different because of the absence of rotation around the N–N bond (a chiral axis).
Enantiopure DAQs have been obtained by incorporation of a chiral centre in enantiopure form bearing a chiral substituent in the 2-position of the quinazolinone, followed by separation of diastereoisomers.
One of these diastereoisomers reacts with meso-diamine to give N-(2-aminocyclohexyl)benzamide (> 95 % ee).
