he study raises the issue of human rights which as the researcher argues are comprehensive and undivided values.

The subject is tackled through various key cores; these are the significance of human rights, their international framework, human rights during evidences, initial investigation and trial stages.

Seizure and evidences stage affects human rights in two ways.

The first is that criminal lawsuits can be lodged before the court of misdemeanor as per the evidences without an initial investigation by the public prosecution.

The second is that individual freedoms guarantees required by human rights necessitate protecting individuals against vexatious complaints a thing that makes it incumbent upon police men to check and verify such complaints.

Researcher attaches a great importance to his study as it throws spotlight on the judicial protection of human rights in Arab Countries in which there is no independent law for human rights.

The study sums up with the importance of striking a balance between human and community rights a thing that requires amending some provisions of the penal code as well as toughening penalty of using force and training policemen on respecting human rights.

Additionally, the study lays emphasis on the right of individuals to be presumed innocent until proved guilty.
