Abstract EN

We have reached in this research that there is a committee requires to change tariff of electricity and gas in the Algerian market of electricity and gas; this committee is called independent Algerian commission for controlling electricity and gas that authenticate on any file of taxation submitted by the complex of " SONELGAZ " judge to amend the company's products.

The results of the field study, which was on 397 Single in the state of Blida showed great sensitivity of the consumer to " SONELGAZ " products especially electricity.

To relieve the concentration of electricity demand in peak hours curve " pregnancy " we suggest experimenting with bilateral pricing " overnight, day and night " on a sample of participants logged in the company and expand gradually, to all the participants that the results were good.
