بولي مثيل ميثااكريلايت حضر بطريقة البلمرة و بأوزان جزيئية مختلفة (M = 0.578 x 105 , 1.28x105 & 1.64 x 105 g/mole) و تم تحضير أغشية من PMMA و TiC13 و بنسب مختلفة من المضاف تتراوح (1-5 %) بطريقة الصب من المحاليل و بسمك 100um.

النتائج التجريبية بينت العلاقة بين الخصائص الكهربائية و معدل الوزن الجزيئي اللزوجي.

حيث وجد أن التوصيلية الكهربائية المستمرة ازدادت ثلاث مراتب بزيادة الوزن الجزيئي، و طاقة التنشيط تقل مع زيادة معدل الوزن الجزيئي.

من جهة أخرى التوصيلية الكهربائية المستمرة ازدادت عدة مراتب مع زيادة نسبة TiC13 و مدى درجات الحرارة (40-100)°C.

كذلك طاقة التنشيط وجدت مع زيادة نسب الملح المضاف.

Abstract EN

Poly (methyl methacrylate) was prepared with different molecular weight by bulk polymerization (M = 0.578 x 105, 1.28 x 105 & 1.64 x 105 g / mole).

Film of PMMA with TiCl3 salt additive ranged from (1-5 %) cast from chloroform solutions onto glass plates (the films thickness was 100-μm).

The experimental results show the relationship between electrical properties & Viscosity average molecular weight.

DC (DC conductivity) increased three order of magnitude with increasing molecular weight, the Eac (activation energy) values accordingly decrease as the average molecular weight increase.

On the other hand, DC increased by several orders of magnitude with increasing TiCl3 content and applied temperature ranged from (40-100)0 C.

The activation energy is also determined and found to decrease with increasing salt content.
