English Abstract
This study analyses the shariaa regulation against crimes against human lives during fighting.
It is very significant to outline the shariaa laws in this connection since the rate of war and crimes against human lives is increasing.
Furthermore, the study attempts to present the shariaa laws as a criterion to control behavior towards human lives during war time.
The researcher compared and contrasted the main school of fight.
The researcher also reviewed the international treaties and conventions.
The researcher followed the comparative approach in addition to the scientific documentation.
The study contains four chapters : Chapter one : Is an introduction where the main terms and basic concepts have been defined.
Chapter two : Is an elaboration on manslaughter and killing.
Chapter three : Contains other related concepts are reviewed namely : crime against captives and civilians.
In addition to genocide.
Treating the injured, the sick and killed has also been reviewed here.
Chapter four ; Is a concluding chapter that practically illustrates the concepts of the research.
The study arrived at many conclusions the most important of which are.
Despite all the ideals claimed by the international low concerning human life, still human beings suffer from killing, destruction and crimes during war times.
shariia laws that observe the human lives are valid even outside Islamic territories.
Besides, there in no discrimination aganint the non–Muslims or treating them differently as far as there crimes are concerned.
